主要研究方向:
本实验室主要利用生物信息学分析方法对多组学数据(基因组、转录组、三维基因组、甲基化组、代谢组等)进行整合研究,通过与分子生物学实验技术结合,最终致力于解析植物适应性演化的分子遗传机制。主要包括以下几个方面的研究工作(详见实验室网页):
1)演化基因组学
2)物种形成的群体遗传学
3)适应性演化的分子遗传机制
